The Interview Process

We all work better with context – so here’s what you can expect from our interview process.

  • Online Application

Search and apply for your desired position online. This will require you to upload your resume and complete your application.

  • Resume review and candidate pre-screen
  1. The process begins with a review of your resume and application to determine if there is a potential fit.
  2. The recruiter schedules an introductory screening with you virtually or via phone, and advises you of next steps.
  • Phone, virtual, or on-site interview(s) with the hiring team

  • Formal offer

If you, the role, and our company are a good fit, then we’ll extend an offer via email.

  • Background check, onboarding, and new hire orientation
  1. Accept the offer!
  2. You are contacted by Availent Systems to start the process for the pre-hire screenings.
  3. Note: Your offer is contingent upon being able to pass a background check.
  4. Once the screening process is complete, we will reach out to you with your official start date and new hire orientation instructions.
  5. Each new employee goes through a formal orientation and onboarding process to set them up for a successful start to their new position at Availent Systems.

A Day in the Life: Netsuite Functional Consultant

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant at Availent Systems, your typical day will involve a mix of client interaction, solution design, and system configuration within NetSuite. You will spend time understanding client needs, translating them into NetSuite solutions, configuring the system, testing, and providing training and support. 

You provide value to prospects and clients who know they need to invest in upgrading their IT and business process systems, but are unsure of how best to accomplish this.  Your role is to provide clarity and guidance throughout the process, and serve as a trusted business advisor.
